Terms of Service
These terms apply to the use of Kjennprosessen, provided by Cevro Studio (hereinafter "we", "us"). By registering an account or using the service, you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, you may not use the service.
1. The Service
Kjennprosessen is a digital platform where producers can publish detailed information about their products, including ingredients, raw materials, origin, and processing steps. The service is currently free to use. We reserve the right to change the scope, functionality, and pricing of the service with reasonable notice.
2. User Account
To use the service, you must register an account with a valid Norwegian business (organization number). You are responsible for providing accurate information, keeping your login credentials secure, and for all actions performed from your account. Contact us immediately in case of suspected unauthorized use. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the company you register.
3. Content and Rights
You retain all rights to the content you submit (product information, images, descriptions). By publishing on Kjennprosessen, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and distribute the content as necessary to operate and promote the service. You warrant that you have the right to publish the content, and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to: (a) provide accurate and non-misleading information about your products, (b) not publish content that violates Norwegian law, the Marketing Act, or copyright law, (c) not use the service for illegal purposes, spam, or harassment, (d) not attempt to circumvent security mechanisms or gain unauthorized access to other users' data, (e) not automate use of the service without written permission. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
5. Privacy
Our processing of personal data is described in our privacy policy. By using the service, you confirm that you have read and understood it.
6. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or lost revenue resulting from use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service in the last 12 months (for the free service: NOK 0). We are not responsible for errors or omissions in product information published by other users.
7. Changes to the Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be notified via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes is considered acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
You can delete your account at any time from settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your personal data will be deleted within 30 days, but anonymized statistics may be retained.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Any disputes shall first be attempted resolved through dialogue. If this fails, Oslo District Court is the agreed venue.
